Job summary

Oracle seeks a Director for OCI Strategic Customers Engineering to lead a high-performing team delivering complex, cross-functional infrastructure programs for strategic customers. Qualifications

• Experience leading program management, infrastructure delivery, or customer engineering teams at scale.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, data center operations, GPU infrastructure, networking, compute, storage.
• Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional programs across engineering, product, operations and support.
• Experience working with senior customer stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and escalation-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on successful delivery, operation, and scaling of OCI programs for strategic customers.
• Partner with customer executives and OCI teams to drive alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes.
• Own cross-functional program delivery for large-scale GPU deployments from dock-to-live execution to migration and expansion.
• Establish operating rhythms, KPIs, and review mechanisms to improve predictability and accountability.
• Identify delivery risks and blockers; drive mitigation plans and corrective actions.
• Support incident readiness, escalation management, and post-incident follow-up.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders; translate complex requirements into clear plans.
• Mentor program managers and cross-functional leaders to raise execution quality and discipline.
