Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Cloud Hardware Support across parts of North America, including Build & Deployment, production readiness, hardware lifecycle management, and break-fix operations.
• Develop and execute a scalable regional operating model to support hyperscale growth across multiple countries.
• Lead a large, geographically dispersed organization to grow with Oracle's cloud footprint.
• Standardize deployment methodologies and drive continuous improvement across regional operations.
• Partner with Engineering, Networking, Software Development, Product, and Supply Chain to ensure successful delivery of new cloud regions.
