Job summary

Daybreak Health is seeking a Head of Workforce Management to own clinician capacity, retention, utilization, and credentialing throughput. You will drive revenue, margin, and program performance through data-driven decision making and executive collaboration.

Lead cross-functional initiatives across Clinical, Recruiting, Credentialing, Operations, Finance, Product, and GTM. Bring hands-on problem-solving and a modern AI-enabled approach to optimize access and cost.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce management and capacity planning with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to own complex operational programs with revenue and margin impact.
• Strong analytical fluency and comfort turning data into action.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce management for clinician capacity, retention, utilization, and credentialing throughput.
• Translate workforce performance into cost and margin impact and make tradeoffs visible.
• Perform root-cause analysis on operational and financial data to drive improvements.
• Turn forecasts into clear recommendations for cross-functional teams and executives.
• Partner with Clinical, Recruiting, Credentialing, Ops, Finance, Product, and GTM leadership.
