Job summary

Daymark Health is seeking a hands-on leader to own licensing and credentialing as we expand into new states. You will navigate interstate compacts, manage Medicare enrollment, CAQH profiles, and payer applications, while coordinating with Clinical Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Cycle, and People teams.

The role emphasizes execution and strategy, from day one application processing to building scalable, repeatable workflows as the function grows, with remote work and time-zone alignment

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience owning provider licensing and payer credentialing end to end.
• Experience with interstate compacts (IMLC, NLC, APRN Compact) and expedited pathways.
• Familiarity with Medicare enrollment via PECOS and CAQH.
• Experience at a startup or high-growth healthcare company a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical licensing strategy and execution across states for MD, DO, NP, and RN.
• Lead payer credentialing planning and submission workflows with trackable status.
• Manage PECOS filings (855I/855B/855R) and MAC jurisdiction considerations.
• Build scalable workflows, QA checks, and reporting rhythms to support rapid expansion.
