Job summary

MD Live seeks a Clinical Operations Manager to lead behavioral health and broader clinical services. The role focuses on managing programs, workflows, and performance across assigned service lines to improve patient, provider, and organizational outcomes.

The candidate will drive operational excellence, collaborate across functions, and guide change initiatives in a remote setting, with a strong emphasis on BH operations and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical operations programs and teams.
• Preferred BH background, care coordination, or related services.
• Experience working in healthcare delivery systems.
• Clinical licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational leadership of clinical operations programs and teams.
• BH operations leadership across BH continuum.
• Design and manage workflows, procedures, and performance measures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and operational staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BH Leaders, Nursing, Medical Affairs, Operations, Product, Tech.
• Identify improvement opportunities and reduce manual work.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and report trends.
• Lead change management for new programs and tech changes.
• Manage complex escalations for patients and providers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support staffing, scheduling and capacity planning.
• Provide onboarding and training resources.
• Lead business continuity planning and responses.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects.
