Job summary

Daybreak Health is building the leading digital mental health system for youth. This role owns workforce management for our largest revenue channel: clinician capacity, retention, utilization, and credentialing throughput, driving revenue and margin.

• Experience in workforce or capacity planning and forecasting supply and demand.
• Ownership of complex operational programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical fluency with data-driven insights.
• Business and financial acumen in revenue and margins.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Hands-on with dashboards and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Workforce management for clinician capacity, retention, utilization, and credentialing throughput.
• Translate workforce performance into gross margin and unit economics.
• Perform analytics to identify performance drivers and root causes.
• Provide cross-functional performance management and recommendations.
• Oversee clinical review operations and ensure quality.
• Continuously optimize access, utilization, and cost efficiency.
