Early Medical is a fully remote telemedicine practice focused on longevity and healthspan optimization. The Clinical Operations Director will oversee the daily clinical operations, patient onboarding and renewals, and the PCC team's performance to ensure a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience (Practice Manager, Clinical Operations Director, etc.).
• Experience leading operations within telehealth or remote healthcare.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, credentialing, licensing, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and the PCC team.
• Lead onboarding, renewals, and licensing processes to ensure a high-quality patient experience.
• Develop, update, and enforce SOPs across departments to standardize workflows.
• Improve operational workflows and reporting, monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
