Health Staffing Group seeks an experienced Clinic Director (Physical Therapist) to oversee a busy outpatient rehabilitation clinic. You will lead clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT, Florida license, and proven leadership in outpatient orthopedics, with strong communication and organizational skills to drive growth and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current and active Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Leadership and supervision experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic to ensure efficient workflow and high quality service delivery.
• Monitor clinic performance, scheduling efficiency, and productivity to support operational success.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment by mentoring and supporting clinical and administrative staff.
• Partner with organizational leadership to implement initiatives that improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
