Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Director, Clinical Solutions and Licensing at our National Center in Dallas, Texas (home-based work is available). This leadership role will drive the commercialization of AI-enabled content and solutions and manage EHR partnerships, working with product, legal and tech teams to enable scalable growth.

You will lead licensing, alliance strategies and enterprise deal execution, with a focus on customer success and ongoing sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health‑IT–adjacent organizations.
• 10+ years of relevant experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Defining alliance and licensing strategy
• Negotiating complex commercial and licensing agreements
• Coordinating cross functional efforts with product, legal, technology teams to support successful integration, compliance, and adoption
• Oversee customer success team to ensuring ongoing sales.
