Our healthcare client seeks a Director of Clinical Education & Provider Training to own the strategy and execution of education programs for a growing provider network. You will build high‑impact training for clinicians and align education initiatives with quality and compliance goals.

This remote role offers $150,000–$200,000 annually and requires an advanced medical degree (MD/DO/PA/NP) with 5+ years of clinical experience in hormones and weight management, plus healthcare education expertise

Qualifications

• Advanced medical degree (MD, DO, PA, or NP) with 5+ years of clinical experience in hormones and weight management.
• Prior experience in healthcare education or training roles.
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and educational best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise in curriculum development and online learning platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solver with a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch a comprehensive training program for affiliated physicians.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions and online learning modules.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify gaps in training and educational needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs for continuous improvement.
• Track training completion across the provider network for compliance and quality assurance.
