Job summary

Hone Health seeks a Director of Clinical Education & Provider Training to scale longevity-based clinical education across a growing virtual network. You will design onboarding and ongoing education, translating new protocols into actionable training with the Medical Director and leadership.

You will lead live and online training, develop curricula, and ensure consistency as the provider network expands, while maintaining high educational standards and rapid dissemination of best practices.

Qualifications

• Advanced medical/clinical degree in MD/DO/PA/NP required.
• 5+ years of longevity-based care experience.
• Experience in healthcare education or telemedicine training.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding and continuing education program for providers.
• Partner with Medical Director and clinical leadership to translate protocols into training.
• Facilitate live sessions, workshops, and online modules and refine them based on feedback.
