Employment Group is seeking a Client Success Leader (Director) for Recruiting Solutions. This role will back Client Success Managers and recruiters, solve complex client challenges, and drive growth across temporary staffing, direct hire, and executive search.

The position offers a defined path to Senior Director, Recruiting Solutions, with leadership of Client Success Managers. The role emphasizes client relationships, revenue health, and margin stewardship, with a hybrid work model based out

Qualifications

• 10+ years in staffing, recruiting, talent management or workforce consulting, including 5+ years in client success or account leadership.
• Track record of turning around at-risk accounts and growing existing ones.
• Experience across industries and service models including temporary staffing, direct hire and executive search.
• Ability to read an account’s margin and determine corrective actions.
• Consultative style with executive presence from front line to C-suite.
• Genuine commitment to helping people succeed and curiosity about AI in recruiting.

Responsabilités

• Be escalation partner for front-line Client Success Managers and recruiters, joining strategic conversations with major clients.
• Raise the bar on quality by setting service standards, reviewing accounts, and improving playbooks and processes.
• Spot at-risk accounts early, build recovery plans, and win back trust and growth.
• Monitor revenue, margin and retention; shape pricing, renewals and account plans with Finance and Operations.
• Help clients attract better talent through recruitment marketing, employer branding and smarter sourcing.
• Grow accounts by identifying new locations, job families and services with Sales and Marketing.
• Bring new ideas, including how AI and leading technologies can make service faster and more personal.
