Job summary

Creative Alignments is seeking a Client Services Director to lead a team of 4–8 recruiters on client projects and to partner with the Managing Director and VP Delivery to plan resources, set goals, and solve challenges. You will be a consultative leader focused on delivering results for multiple clients while building long-term partnerships.

You will manage recruiting efforts, intake processes with hiring managers, and development of recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting and management experience in the recruiting industry or related professional services.
• Excellent consultative mindset and ability to build relationships across clients and recruiters.
• Energetic in handling multiple clients with proven success in retaining and expanding partnerships.
• Passionate about leading teams and developing direct reports to achieve success in their roles.
• Exceptional communication and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce high-quality work easily.
• Process-driven while respecting different work styles.
• Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Consistently consult and collaborate with internal recruiters and hiring managers on strategy and execution.
• Ensure clients are delighted with Creative Alignments and act as a brand ambassador for client partnerships.
• Develop process improvements and share best practices with the recruiting team and client partners.
• Lead weekly meetings to monitor candidate status, requisition health, and team health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve best-in-class outcomes.
• Train, manage performance, and onboard new staff within the team.
• Forecast and allocate resources with VP Delivery for high-value clients and pipeline management.
• Review metrics and conduct client engagement reviews on a regular cadence.
