Job summary

Creative Alignments is seeking a Client Services Director to lead a small team of recruiters and serve as a strategic partner to clients. You will coordinate with the Managing Director, VP Delivery, and recruitment operations to plan resources, set goals, and solve challenges.

You will manage the recruitment process for clients, brainstorm strategies with recruiters, and nurture long-term client relationships while maintaining a high level of service and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in recruiting and/or management.
• Strong consultative skills with clients.
• Proven ability to build and grow client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–8 recruiters on client projects.
• Plan resources with Managing Director and VP Delivery.
• Forecast, allocate hours, and manage pipeline for high-value clients.
• Develop recruitment strategies and set realistic expectations with clients.
• Bridge client needs with recruitment teams to deliver outcomes.
• Model core values and act as a brand ambassador for clients.
