Job summary

CareMetx, LLC is seeking a Manager, Client Success to own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of pharma manufacturer accounts and to serve as a liaison with HUB services partners, specialty pharmacies, and brand stakeholders.

The role focuses on managing operations, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met, supporting client delivery and reporting, and identifying growth opportunities for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, ideally within HUB services, patient services, market access, or specialty channel strategy.
• Experience supporting client relationships or account management functions; CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for a portfolio of pharma manufacturer accounts.
• Manage HUB services delivery, SLAs, and KPIs with cross-functional teams.
• Develop client relationships across Commercial, Market Access, and Operations.
• Prepare client health updates and assist with renewals and expansions.
• Represent client needs to senior leadership and escalate risks.
