PatientPoint, Inc. is seeking a Director of Client Sales to lead retention and growth across our pharmaceutical client base. You will hunt for new business, secure new clients, and drive expansions with a high-visibility BD role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical media sales, agency account management, or digital marketing.
• Experience retaining and growing newly won clients.
• Knowledge of the emerging pharmaceutical landscape; point-of-care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build deep expertise in point-of-care media to advise clients on growing their footprint with PatientPoint.
• Develop and nurture multi-threaded relationships within each account to strengthen renewal likelihood.
• Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities—additional brands, new indications, incremental budget.
• Navigate complex client situations and internal processes, involving senior leadership or cross-functional support as needed.
• Partner with Client Success and Marketing to ensure program performance data supports renewal and expansion discussions.
