Bold Orange is seeking a driven, strategic Director, Client Strategy & Services to add value to our growing agency. You will understand, analyze, strategize, ideate, collaborate, contribute, and lead client solutions that deliver meaningful results.

We value candidates with digital-first experience across email, website, and paid media, and the ability to create seamless customer experiences through integrated strategy and storytelling.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of marketing/advertising experience in an agency setting.
• 8+ years across Digital, creative, paid media and connected digital experiences with emphasis on integrated digital strategy.
• Strong storytelling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide summaries/insights to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Shape solutions and drive results across channels with emphasis on digital strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams; set vision and strategy for client work.
• Develop and grow strong client relationships; assess needs and propose services.
• Partner with client teams across marketing, operations, analytics and technology.
• Create and present holistic strategy to clients via engaging storytelling.
• Articulate well-informed points of view to guide clients.
• Author creative and project briefs; manage scope changes and momentum.
• Monitor industry developments to keep clients ahead of the curve.
