Bold Orange is seeking an experienced, driven Supervisor, Client Strategy & Services to drive client solutions and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will lead cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, analytics, and operations, shaping digital strategies that span email, website, paid media, and marketing automation.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, client relationship building, and compelling storytelling in presentations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of marketing/advertising experience in an agency setting.
• 5+ years across CRM, digital experiences, 1to1 marketing, social and paid media with a focus on digital strategy.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills; tell a story through slides.
• Ability to understand data and provide summaries and insights to clients.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, creative environment with a can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Shape solutions and drive results across email, website, mobile, paid media, and marketing automation with emphasis on digital strategy.
• Partner closely with client teams including marketing, creative, analytics, operations, product, technology, and senior management.
• Develop, nurture, and grow client relationships and lead teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Present strategies and deliverables to clients with engaging storytelling.
• Lead creative briefs and guide the development process from client briefing to final delivery.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive experience-driven solutions and insights.
