Job summary

Bold Orange, a customer experience company, is seeking a Senior Media Strategist to own paid media strategy and campaign execution for diverse client accounts. You will guide omnichannel media plans from ideation to implementation, while staying ahead of industry trends and continuously optimizing performance.

You will lead cross-channel campaigns, collaborate with clients, and mentor junior teammates, ensuring strategies align with client objectives and measurable results across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in media planning/agency setting.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to earn/certify in listed platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimize cross-channel media strategies across paid search, social, display, and remarketing.
• Own complex campaigns and establish best practices for the team.
• Manage programmatic buys and RTB across DSPs and social platforms.
• Present strategies and recommendations to clients with varying expertise.
