Job summary

Zenith American Solutions seeks a Director, Client Relationship to lead a defined book of business and mentor the assigned team. You will direct account strategy, align with client needs, and ensure delivery of compliant, high-quality services.

Responsibilities include managing client expectations, pursuing growth opportunities, reviewing contracts, and coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to drive client value. Travel may be required across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of client management, sales, or account management experience.
• Leadership experience in client management.
• Experience with Taft-Hartley clients and plan professionals preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or Smartsheet.
• Understanding of health and welfare benefit plans and administration.
• Knowledge of compliance/regulatory procedures for health and welfare benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead a defined book of business and mentor assigned team.
• Direct account strategy and develop value-based client relationships.
• Manage client expectations and coordinate delivery of ZAS services.
• Pursue cross-sell, upsell and renewal opportunities.
• Review contracts and client documents in coordination with counsel.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability of assigned clients.
• Oversee vendor relationships and reporting.
• Facilitate client meetings and regulatory compliance.
