Job summary

Zenith American Solutions in the United States (Maryland) is seeking an Account Manager to support the Account Executive in executing fund administration activities for assigned clients in line with company guidelines, client needs, and regulatory requirements.

The role involves coordinating deliverables, managing communications, and ensuring documentation accuracy while serving as a primary contact for clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a business-related field is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization.
• Proven professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint preferred. Travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the Account Executive on assigned client accounts, including coordination of deliverables, regulatory and compliance activities, document management, and administrative operations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and vendors in AE's absence.
• Collaborate with internal departments to revise/create notices and forms; implement changes; ensure timely mailings and documentation; resolve issues.
• Coordinate, support, and track internal implementation of regulatory and legislative changes.
• Prepare and distribute required participant notices in collaboration with Communications; review client newsletters.
