Job summary

Zenith American Solutions seeks a Client Relationship Manager to support the Director, Client Relationship across a book of business in fund management. You will liaise with clients and vendors, track actions from meetings, and assist with contracts, financial statements, and communications.

As part of a collaborative team, you will help maintain relationship health, manage compliance calendars, and support issues resolution with cross-functional colleagues and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitors government filings and regulations affecting operations.
• Facilitates client meetings and takes minutes.
• Manages contracts, financial statements, and benefit communications.
• Collates monthly financial reports and conducts due diligence.
• Maintains client relationship and account-related activities.
• Maintains compliance calendars for assigned clients.
• Supports vendor and board liaison activities.
• Prepares reports and correspondence for clients or vendors.
