Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support the Director, Client Relationship in managing a book of business within fund management. The role involves liaison with clients and vendors, preparing reports, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

You will help maintain account strategy and assist with board meeting preparation. Responsibilities include monitoring regulations, coordinating client meetings, handling contracts, and supporting issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Monitors government filings and regulations that may affect operations.
• Facilitates client meetings, including minute-taking and recording key actions from board meetings.
• Manages contracts and documentation including client financial statements and benefit communications.
• Collation of monthly financial reports from the Finance Team and appropriate due diligence of outputs.
• Supports the Director in managing all aspects of client relationships and account activities.
• Maintains the compliance calendar for assigned clients.
