Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support the Director in managing a book of business in fund management, coordinating client and vendor communications, and learning the role with increasing responsibility.

The role requires strong communication, professionalism, willingness to travel, and experience with CRM tools; it offers exposure to Taft-Hartley clients and opportunities within a nationwide Third Party Administrator.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a business-related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Monitor government filings and regulations affecting operations.
• Facilitate client meetings and record key actions.
• Manage contracts and documentation for clients and funds.
• Collate monthly financial reports and perform due diligence.
• Support client relationships and account activities.
• Maintain compliance calendars for assigned clients.
• Coordinate invoices and support vendor relationships.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports for clients.
