Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support the Director in managing our client relationships across a diverse book of business. You will facilitate meetings, prepare and review key documents, and coordinate with vendors and fund counsel to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business-related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support Director in client relationship management across assigned book of business.
• Facilitate client meetings, record actions and follow up on items.
• Coordinate contracts, statements and other documents with internal teams.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and perform due diligence.
• Liaise with Boards, vendors, and third parties as needed.
• Assist with participant engagement and vendor relationships.
