Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking a Director, Client Partner for Health & Beauty to lead executive relationships and drive cross‑channel growth for key clients, with a fully remote US scope.

You will own end‑to‑end planning, partner with product and analytics, translate insights into action, and coach teams toward measurable outcomes while upholding Tinuiti standards and growth objectives. The role requires strategic thinking and collaboration with VP‑level stakeholders, budgets, and reporting timelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client leadership within performance marketing, enterprise/upper-mid market.
• 4+ years of people leadership, managing ICs and managers.
• Executive relationship leadership and change leadership experience.
• Cross-channel literacy across Search, Social, Display/TV & Audio.
• Bliss Point fluency and ability to translate insights into decisions.
• Financial fluency for margin/utilization, staffing, and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integrated, multi-channel planning for assigned accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with director/VP-level stakeholders and manage risks.
• Lead forecasting, scenario modeling, and investment recommendations.
• Drive performance, optimization, and transparent client touchpoints.
• Lead new-business pursuits and strategic growth opportunities.
