Job summary

RGA is seeking a Director of Client Marketing Intelligence for the Americas. You will aggregate marketing data, translate insights, and drive regional strategy to boost revenue growth and client loyalty across all lines of business.

Collaborate with Business Development and account teams, create KPI dashboards, and lead analytics initiatives. You will guide platform improvements and training for the Americas, while building cross-regional relationships with EMEA and APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
• 5+ years in strategic marketing, analytics, or related roles within financial services.
• Deep expertise in business/marketing analytics and actionable insights.
• Experience with large B2B organizations.
• Insurance-related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate marketing data and translate insights for regional leadership.
