Job summary

R2 Global is hiring a Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics to build and lead the analytics function for a fast‑growing, consumer business. This 100% remote role shapes analytics strategy, enhances data infrastructure, and turns complex data into actionable commercial insights.

You'll partner across Marketing, Finance, Operations and Product, building dashboards, models and a scalable analytics team in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building analytics from the ground up.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to turn data into insights.
• Experience in high-growth subscription businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the company’s BI and analytics strategy.
• Audit and improve data sources, infrastructure, pipelines and reporting.
• Create a single source of truth for key metrics including revenue, CAC, LTV, retention, churn and profitability.
• Build self‑serve dashboards providing clear visibility across products and channels.
• Develop cohort, LTV, forecasting and profitability models.
• Improve marketing measurement, attribution and incrementality testing.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Product to drive data‑led decisions.
• Build and mentor an analytics team as the function grows.
