The candidate will balance strong research execution with client service, working closely with a telco client and driving recommendations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in market research or CX/insights
• Experience managing projects from design through reporting
• Strong survey design experience

Responsibilities

• A client-facing research and insights consultant role
• Embedded closely with stakeholders
• Own custom research projects from intake through recommendation
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide consultative guidance
• Operate in a fast-paced, highly visible environment
• Be present with the client to build relationships and drive action from insights
