Job summary

RedPeg is seeking a Director of Account Services in Alexandria, VA, to lead growth across the agency, expand existing client relationships, and win new business. You’ll own proposals, pitches, and expansion plays from initial talks to signed SOW, while mentoring Senior Managers and collaborating with Production, Creative, and Talent to deliver exceptional results.

You will manage budgets, ensure profitability, and build trusted executive relationships, traveling as needed to pursue opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or business administration.
• 7–9+ years of relevant marketing, event, or sponsorship experience, agency experience preferred.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and winning new business, with measurable revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive account growth across the agency, owning both existing client expansion and net new business.
• Lead proposals, pitches, and expansion plays from first conversation to signed SOW.
• Mentor Senior Managers and build collaborative, high-performing teams.
