Role Summary

The Director, Client Acquisition is responsible for revenue growth and building long-term client value through developing trusted relationships, contributing to P&L, and closing new business within target regions. This role leads a team of sales professionals promoting ENGIE Impact's sustainability and resource solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales quotas.
  2. Understand and communicate ENGIE Impact's capabilities and portfolio effectively.
  3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including detailed 12-month and 30/60/90-day activities.
  4. Forecast sales, report pipeline activities, and develop mitigation plans.
  5. Lead contract negotiations and develop account growth strategies.
  6. Manage quarterly business reviews and collaborate across functions for account development.
  7. Establish new business opportunities through networking and qualifying prospects.
  8. Deepen customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  9. Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to product and service development input.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management or related field.
  • 15+ years of sales experience with multimillion-dollar portfolios.
  • 7+ years in energy or sustainability services, high tech, or BPO sectors.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and solution selling.
  • Knowledge of resource services including renewable energy solutions.
