Role Summary:

The Director, Client Acquisition is responsible for revenue growth through new client acquisition, building trusted relationships, and leading a sales team focused on sustainable solutions. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, client engagement, and contract negotiations to meet sales targets and drive long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales quotas.
  2. Understand and communicate the value of ENGIE Impact's offerings effectively.
  3. Develop sales strategies, plans, and forecasts, and manage team performance.
  4. Engage with clients at executive levels and develop strategic account plans.
  5. Lead negotiations and develop long-term client relationships.
  6. Collaborate across teams for account growth and strategic initiatives.
  7. Develop and execute quarterly business reviews and account strategies.
  8. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  9. Lead a team to meet and exceed revenue goals, and develop long-term client value.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related fields.
  • 15+ years of sales experience with large portfolios.
  • 7+ years in energy, sustainability, or related high-tech services.
  • Proven success in solution selling and engaging with C-level clients.
  • Experience in relevant customer segments and knowledge of resource services.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strategic business development and operational leadership.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales tools.
Additional Information:
