Job Title: Director, Client Acquisition

Location: Remote, United States (various states listed)

Role Summary

The Director, Client Acquisition is responsible for revenue growth through new target accounts, developing long-term client relationships, and leading a sales team to promote ENGIE Impact’s sustainability and resource solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team to meet individual and team sales quotas.
  2. Understand and communicate the value of ENGIE Impact’s products and services effectively.
  3. Develop sales strategies, plans, and forecasts, including 12-month sales plans and quarterly reviews.
  4. Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and develop account growth strategies.
  5. Lead the development and execution of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR).
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and meet sales objectives.
  7. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and client engagement.
  8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
  9. Ensure team performance through KPIs and performance management.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 15+ years of sales experience with multimillion-dollar portfolios.
  • 7+ years in energy or sustainability-related services or high-tech fields.
  • Proven success in solution selling and C-level engagement.
  • Knowledge of resource services including renewable energy solutions.

  • Strategic business development and operational leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and detail-oriented abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Additional Information
