Role Summary

The Director, Client Acquisition, is responsible for revenue growth in new target accounts, building long-term client value through trusted relationships, contributing to P&L, and developing new business within target regions. This role leads a team of sales professionals promoting ENGIE's sustainability and resource solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on achieving sales quotas.
  2. Understand and communicate the value of ENGIE Impact's portfolio and solutions.
  3. Set sales strategy and execution plans, leveraging cross-functional collaboration.
  4. Develop detailed 12-month sales plans with specific activities and goals.
  5. Report on sales pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics.
  6. Participate in contract negotiations and develop account growth strategies.
  7. Manage quarterly business reviews and strategic account planning.
  8. Establish new business opportunities through networking and client engagement.
  9. Build relationships with client stakeholders for cross-selling and account support.
  10. Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to product development input.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related fields.
  • 15+ years of sales experience with multimillion-dollar portfolios.
  • 7+ years in energy, sustainability, high tech, or BPO services for multi-site clients.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets, solution selling, and C-level engagement.
  • Knowledge of resource services, renewable energy solutions, and key customer segments.
