What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Define and identify potential partners that align with the target partner profile
  • Develop joint business plans with partners, including sales targets aligned with company strategy
  • Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified prospective partners to meet recruitment targets
  • Drive onboarding and activation of new partners, ensuring they are equipped to support Hiring Company offerings
  • Conduct monthly partner alignment sessions to review pipelines and develop new sales opportunities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • At least ten years of experience in the business data and/or media and advertising industry
  • Proven experience in sourcing, qualifying, and forming business relationships with channel partners at the CXO level
  • Strong personal network within the media and advertising industry
  • Experience managing major customer/partner relationships with a focus on transparency and collaboration
  • Ability to develop and manage joint business planning with partners
