Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Business Development & Growth Associate, Pharma to help grow our Wisdo Health pharma business. You will identify prospective clients, run outreach campaigns, support business-development activities, and help expand pharma relationships.

The role requires resourcefulness, tech-savviness, and comfort using AI to accelerate research and content development. Remote work is based on Eastern Time, with Talkspace HQ in NYC.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on business development or growth experience in healthcare, life sciences, or healthcare marketing.
• Experience targeting pharmaceutical brands, patient support teams, or healthcare/pharma agencies is strongly preferred.
• Able to describe outreach campaigns you personally executed and the meetings or opportunities they generated.
• Hands-on experience using a CRM, prospecting tools, LinkedIn, and email platforms to run outreach and maintain an organized pipeline.
• Strong research and writing skills, with demonstrated use of AI tools to work faster while checking the accuracy and quality of the output.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and outreach to identify decision-makers and build targeted prospect/account lists.
• Research companies, brands, and attendees ahead of prospective-client meetings.
• Customize presentations and prepare materials for client conversations.
• Coordinate post-meeting follow-up and support proposals, RFP responses, and other materials.
