Qualifications

Current license to practice independently without supervision in WA.
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
Individual malpractice liability insurance.
NPI number.
Comfortable learning new online tools and technology.
Reliable internet connection and video-capable device.

Responsibilities

Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on Talkspace platform.
Conduct sessions via video, audio, and live messaging.
Respond to asynchronous client messages weekly in a timely manner.
Complete required clinical documentation after each session.
