OVERVIEW:

A&M CFO Services collaborates with private equity-held portfolio companies, providing solutions to preserve and generate value. PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS:

Hypothesis / Scope Development

• Engage with clients to gather information
• Facilitate client interviews, ensuring comprehensive data collection
• Determine necessary analyses to validate assumptions, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Apply industry and functional knowledge to identify business drivers and issues
• Develop frameworks based on project parameters
• Derive actionable conclusions from analyses

Project Management and Implementation

• Lead project components across multiple service lines and manage smaller projects independently
• Manage client expectations proactively, minimizing risks

• Identify risks early, develop contingency plans, and communicate effectively with clients

Financial Acumen

• Proficiency in financial modeling, statement analysis, and accounting treatments

• Experience in controllership, finance, and accounting advisory services

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree from an accredited 4-year college/university in accounting, finance, or economics preferred but not required
• Over 12 years of experience in accounting, finance, financial due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity
• Proficiency in financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s degree preferred but not required

The salary range is $150,000-$225,000 annually, depending on education, experience, skills, and location. A discretionary bonus is also offered based on performance.
