Stout is seeking a Senior CFO Advisory professional in Los Angeles to lead engagements that improve financial and operational performance. You will partner with CFOs and private equity sponsors to develop and execute finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business, economics or related field.
• At least 10 years in finance transformation, management consulting, or related value-creation work.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; consulting/PE experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead CFO advisory engagements to improve financial and operational performance.
• Partner with CFOs and PE sponsors to execute finance transformation initiatives.
• Assess working capital performance and cash conversion for measurable gains.
• Drive post-acquisition value creation and synergies realization.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for profitability.
