Job summary

Stout seeks a seasoned finance transformation professional to lead CFO advisory engagements that improve profitability and cash flow. You will guide cross‑functional teams across finance, operations, and strategy to deliver measurable value in private equity and corporate settings.

Responsibilities include managing working capital initiatives, SG&A optimization, and post‑acquisition integration, while developing robust financial models and executive-ready insights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business, economics or related field.
• 6+ years for Manager level and 8+ years for Senior Manager level in finance transformation or related advisory roles.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with private equity-backed or transaction-oriented environments is valued.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project workstreams and deliver client-ready results.

Responsibilities

• Manage CFO advisory engagements to improve financial and operational performance.
• Lead finance transformation and performance improvement initiatives across client organizations.
• Analyze working capital, inventory, accounts receivable/payable, and order-to-cash processes.
• Support post-acquisition value creation and integration initiatives.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and performance metrics.
• Present findings to finance leaders and executives and coordinate project teams.
