Responsibilities span engagement leadership, client development, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on measurable outcomes and scalable operating models.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance transformation and/or management consulting experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex finance and operational transformation initiatives.
• Experience in private equity-backed environments and post-acquisition value creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead CFO advisory engagements focused on improving financial and operational performance.
• Partner with CFOs and executive teams to develop finance transformation initiatives.
• Assess working capital performance and implement improvements.
• Lead post-acquisition value creation initiatives and synergies realization.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support decisions.
• Mentor junior professionals and lead engagement teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools for finance processes.
