Job summary

Stout is seeking a senior CFO Advisory professional to lead engagements that enhance financial and operational performance across a range of industries. You will partner with CFOs, PE sponsors, and executive teams to drive finance transformation and value creation initiatives.

You will develop financial models, assess working capital, and guide cross-functional teams through post-close integration and margin improvement programs, delivering measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance transformation, management consulting, or value creation.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Experience within private equity-backed or transaction-oriented environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead CFO Advisory engagements focused on improving financial and operational performance for middle-market to large organizations.
• Partner with CFOs and PE sponsors to develop finance transformation initiatives.
• Assess working capital performance and identify measurable improvements.
• Lead post-acquisition value creation initiatives and synergies realization.
• Develop financial models and performance metrics to support executive decisions.
