Job summary

Stout is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for its CFO Advisory practice in the United States. You will manage engagements focused on improving financial and operational performance, leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable value for private equity-backed and corporate clients.

Qualifications include a bachelor's in finance/accounting/economics and 6+ years in related roles; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years for Manager; 8+ years for Senior Manager in finance transformation/management consulting/transaction value creation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute CFO Advisory engagements to improve financial and operational performance.
• Lead finance transformation and performance improvement initiatives across finance, operations, and strategy.
• Analyze working capital performance, including inventory and cash conversion, for measurable improvements.
• Support post-acquisition value creation, synergy tracking, and strategic transformation plans.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support client decisions and measure outcomes.
