Job summary

Stout, a leading advisory firm in Houston, seeks a senior CFO Advisory professional to lead engagements across finance and operations transformation. You will partner with CFOs and PE sponsors to drive cost reduction, margin improvements, and sustainable value realization.

You will develop financial models, drive strategic initiatives, mentor junior team members, and help grow the practice by expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance transformation, management consulting, operational improvement, corporate finance, or transaction-related value creation.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Experience within a consulting or advisory environment, corporate finance leadership role, private equity portfolio operations team, or similar setting.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex finance and operational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead CFO advisory engagements focused on improving financial and operational performance.
• Partner with CFOs, executive leadership teams, and private equity sponsors to develop and execute finance transformation initiatives.
• Assess working capital performance, including inventory management, order-to-cash, and cash conversion.
• Lead post-acquisition value creation initiatives, capturing transaction synergies and improving operating performance.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations to improve profitability and cash flow.
