Job summary

TotalEnergies Integrated Power USA in Austin, TX, is seeking aSenior leader to drive the Central Region portfolio development across ERCOT, SPP, and MISO. You will oversee multi-project portfolios, coordinate across interconnection, permitting, real estate, and engineering teams, and lead a team of development professionals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of renewable energy or related infrastructure development experience.
• Experience in ERCOT, SPP, or MISO markets with portfolio leadership across markets.
• Experience managing direct reports and building team capability.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Central Region portfolio development across ERCOT, SPP, and MISO.
• Oversee regional development budgets, schedules, risks, and governance.
• Provide guidance to Greenfield and M&A teams on market opportunities and portfolio strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including interconnection, environment, real estate, and engineering.
