Job summary

TotalEnergies Integrated Power USA, the company’s integrated power platform, seeks a senior leader to guide regional development across ERCOT, SPP, and MISO from Austin. The role blends people leadership with portfolio governance in a fast‑growing energy business.

You will lead a regional team, drive strategy for interconnection, permitting, land use, and commercial agreements, and report to the VP Project Development and Execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Planning, Economics, Geography, Public Policy, Renewable Energy, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years renewable energy or related infrastructure development experience.
• Experience managing direct reports, multi-project portfolios, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional development strategy across ERCOT, SPP, and MISO with governance and risk controls.
• Oversee site control, permitting, interconnection, land, and environmental diligence.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources; drive project risk mitigation and decision-making.
• Provide executive updates and portfolio narratives to VP Project Development and Execution.
• Develop and mentor a 4–5 person regional development team for high performance.
