TailorCare, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Operations to lead the performance and scalability of clinical operations.

Hybrid remote-first role with Nashville presence, focusing on staffing, forecasting, and cross‑functional collaboration across care journeys. The ideal candidate will own budgets, set strategic direction for Clinical Navigation, and drive AI-enabled workflows while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or related advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare or clinical operations, with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to own OKRs, drive scaling, and manage budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Set and cascade OKRs; translate strategy into operating plans.
• Own strategy for Clinical Navigation and related operations.
• Lead and develop managers across markets; ensure leadership standards.
• Own governance: budget, resourcing, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Build dashboards and analytics to tie operational KPIs to clinical outcomes.
