Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, management consulting, program management, or related field in healthcare or high-growth settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or healthcare administration.
• Experience managing analysts or project managers and driving team performance.
• Experience leading end-to-end strategic projects and change management initiatives.
• Proven ability to query complex datasets using SQL and translate operational data into insights.
• Ability to design scalable operational processes across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and reporting.
• Strong prioritization and communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic planning, goal setting, and operational cadence for Care Operations to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Lead a team of analysts and project managers, with performance oversight and development.
• Design and execute initiatives to improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient/provider experience across Care Operations.
• Direct data analysis and reporting to uncover trends and translate insights into action plans.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to build standardized processes, project plans, and change management.
• Establish tracking frameworks, metrics, and dashboards for accountability and quality control.
• Develop scalable operational infrastructure and documentation to support growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
