Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience required.
• 7+ years in Risk Management or Financial Services.
• 5+ years leading teams and managing programs.
• Experience influencing executives and partners.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree and AI/ML experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team for PLA, RCSA, and Risk Identification & Inventory.
• Coordinate insights across risk programs for holistic enterprise risk view.
• Drive end-to-end strategy of assessment programs, partnering to deploy AI/ML capabilities.
• Challenge legacy methodologies and remove bottlenecks to implement data-driven solutions.
• Advise across lines of business and ensure consistent risk management practices.
