Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 10 years of Technology or Cyber Security Risk Management experience.
• At least 10 years building control environments.
• At least 10 years of People Management experience.
• At least 2 years leading AI programs and governance.

Responsibilities

• Possesses an understanding of technology systems and topology, including networks, applications, infrastructure, cloud computing, and data.
• Maintains a broad understanding of technology risk frameworks and applies them in risk identification.
• Demonstrates broad understanding of major risk categories and safeguarding measures.
• Leverages reporting and tools to analyze data and inform risk policies and changes.
• Analyzes data, assesses risk, and prioritizes issues from critical to low risk for remediation.
• Researches industry practices or regulatory changes affecting risk management and proposes practical solutions.
• Makes recommendations to update policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.
• Challenge tech and cyber control programs and escalate risks when needed.
• Documents action plans, impediments, and risks with stakeholder engagement.
• Advises Executives on tech and cyber risk in risk forums and through processes like exception management.
• Inspires and enables teams to scale innovations with measurable business impact.
